Help, Technique Problem.....!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been practicing the one motion technique for a wile, and my right hand the 2,3 and 4 rebound just came easily, in the left hand (I play traditional grip) the 2 and three comes nice and natural but the 4 rebound comes too slow and sometimes soft. So HELP ME....!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you are not restricting the stick. Make sure the stick moves in a consistently straight path. Make sure the initial accent contains enough power to continue the motion. The stick must do the work. If you consider these things and are utilizing the proper left hand grip, it should simply now be a matter of practice. Unfortunately there's no magic secret that's gonna make it happen overnight.
